To send in a soil sample form outside the EU you will need a permit from the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). Eurofins Agro can provide this permit. The permit must have a recent date and signature. The price of the permit is € 115,-. Please complete the contact form.

Application Form Permit
Eurofins Agro can provide a permit authorized by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). With this permit you can meet the EU phytosanitary import requirements (Import licence for the introduction of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects for trial of other scientific purposes and for work on varietal selections (issued under Directive 2008/61/EC)).
